If you already have your mole check and/or body mapping (digital monitoring) appointment scheduled, please keep the following recommendations in mind so that we can get the most out of it:
Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily take off and put on.
Go with your face and nails makeup-free.
Remember to tell us if you've noticed any new moles or any that worry you.
If you have long hair, wear it up.
Shave.
The test can be performed if you are pregnant.

Rights

Confidentiality regarding your health care, except in legal situations required by the competent authorities.

You can refuse the offered healthcare by submitting your decision in writing. If you have a disability or are a minor, your family members or guardians will exercise this right.

Receive clear and truthful information about the illness, treatment, procedure, and costs. The healthcare professional should provide guidance on the prognosis and risks; if you disagree, you can seek a second opinion.

To be treated with dignity, respecting your beliefs and customs.
As a user of the NEVUS IPS you have the right to:

Being attended to by a qualified and available professional, guaranteeing the care of your life and health, which responds to your needs and expectations.

Being heard when expressing concerns and receiving a timely response.

That the information contained in your medical record be treated confidentially and secretly and that it may only be known with authorization; except in the cases determined by law.

Freely choose the doctor or health professional, as well as the health provider that will give you the required care with the available resources.
Duties

Prevent the entry of hazardous materials and animals into the IPS.
02.
Comply with the policies of the IPS.
03.
Cancel the amount corresponding to the services received.
04.
Treat Nevus staff with respect and kindness.
As a user of the NEVUS IPS, you have the duty to:

Take care of the facilities and make rational use of the services provided, as well as personal and other people's property.

Report on their clinical condition, treatments and care.
07.
Keep to scheduled appointments and notify us promptly if you are unable to attend.
08.
Take responsibility for your health care.

You must confirm your attendance before 3:00 pm on the business day prior to your scheduled appointment.
